14. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • 1. Eligibility for Refunds:

You are always eligible for a refund, except for specific cases otherwise mentioned in the initial Service Agreement contract you have signed at the start of our business relationship.

  • 2. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please send a written communication to support@fortuna-strategies.com.

We will acknowledge your refund request within 1 business day.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • 3. Cancellation of Services:

If you wish to cancel or terminate our services, please contact us at support@fortuna-strategies.com to initiate the process, the cancellation will take full effect at the end of the subscription period.

There are no cancellation fees. 

  • 4. Exceptions:

There may be specific services or circumstances where refunds are not applicable as the booking terms may be outside of our Company’s scope (e.g. in the case of booked commercial photoshoot events and after Cancellation Terms), specific cases will be outlined in individual service agreements.
